Our Pre-Pre children were very busy the other day, they were playing with magic beans!! They decided it would be very interesting to plant the beans seeds and wait and see what would happen…..so they got to work! Firstly they had to choose a colour to do their Giants Castle with and then Lynsey could attach it to a stick for them!!

The next step was super fun!! They got to fill their cups up with soil all by themselves….. which was rather messy!!

Next they held out their hand and received the magical beans!!! Oh it was so exciting, you’d have thought we had given them sweeties!!

Lynsey explained to them about what the seeds would need to be able to grow and that covered one of their next jobs…. giving them some water!! It was a tough job for some and we had a few swimming seeds!!!

The last step was placing our Giants Castle into our cup and Ta Da it was done!! The children couldn’t wait for mummies & daddies to arrive to show them their magical beanstalk garden!! We wonder who will have a beanstalk appear first?!!
